Products / Orders 

We strive to ensure that the products displayed on this website match the images, descriptions, and information provided.  However, please understand that the products may vary due to market supply, seasonal availability, and natural environmental factors.  We do not guarantee that all product details are completely accurate, complete, or errorfree. 
If any changes occur, we will notify you on or before the scheduled delivery date to arrange alternatives. 

The products colors shown on this website may vary depending on display settings or screen brightness. There may be differences between the displayed colours and the actual products, and we cannot guarantee exact consistency. 

Upon receiving your order information, we will confirm and arrange delivery as soon as possible based on products availability.  If you have any questions or need to make any changes, please feel free to contact us anytime. 

Pre-order Delivery Terms

Please note that all pre-order delivery times shown on the website are estimates only. The actual delivery date is subject to final confirmation and the delivery schedule provided by our supplier.  Due to the seasonal nature of fresh organic fruits, factors such as harvest timing, weather conditions, logistics arrangements, and other unforeseen circumstances may affect the exact delivery date. Some uncertainty is therefore to be expected with pre-order items.

We are committed to keeping you fully informed. Once the confirmed delivery schedule is available from the supplier, we will notify you promptly and arrange a delivery time confirmation with you.  In the event that the pre-ordered item cannot be delivered or becomes unavailable for any reason, we will immediately process a full refund to you.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept these terms.  Thank you for your understanding and support of premium organic fruits straight from the farm.

E-Gift Voucher 

When you purchase an E-Gift Voucher, you will receive the payment amount plus bonus value worth of credit in your personal electronic wallet. The credited amount has no expiry date and can be used exclusively for purchasing any products available in our online store.  The voucher balance can be used in combination with other promotions, but cannot be used to purchase additional E-Gift Vouchers.

The E-Gift Voucher and its wallet balance are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash under any circumstances. The voucher is also non-transferable and may not be sold, transferred, gifted, or assigned to any other person or account.

By purchasing the E-Gift Voucher, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. In the unlikely event that any pre-ordered products purchased using the voucher cannot be delivered, we will promptly credit the full voucher amount back to your electronic wallet. 

We reserve the right to modify these terms with reasonable notice.

Pricing 

All products’ prices are listed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) which will be used as the checkout currency. 

All products’ prices and promotional discounts are based on the information currently displayed on this website. We reserve the right to adjust prices and promotional offers at any time. 

Payment Methods 

We accept the payment methods displayed on this website. By using any payment methods, you confirm that you are the lawful holder of the credit card/debit card/account used, or that you have been duly authorised to use it. 

In case of any disputes, we, Castle Huit Limited reserve the right of final decision.
